Brunello di Montalcino is one of the most world-renowned vineyards situated in Italy’s Tuscany region. Characterised by its distinctive garnet hues, the wines it produces burst with deep fruity notes balanced by smooth vanilla and earthy aromas. This is certainly the case for the Valdicava from 2004 blended solely from Sangiovese grapes which grown on Montalcino’s hilly climbs. Serve it alongside roast beef and seared steaks.
