In the hands of the same family since 1497, the estate of Raventos i Blanc has been making fantastic Catalan sparkling wine since 1986. Making use of 47 different parcels of vines, the wines rank as some of the very best in all of the Iberian peninsular. This rosé cava has a clean, pure and almost crystalline taste; little by little citrus aromas subtly emerge with memories of fresh white fruit and a touch of cassis.
