For SS20 Pleats Please Issey Miyake drew inspiration from flower petals to create its collection. Sticking to what it does best, the label creates this cape from a lightweight crepe for a breezy fit – as all capes should be before it treats it to a thorough bout of pleating. The inspiration is clear, as the silhouette envelops the wearer as if you’re the pollen of the plant, waiting for warmer times to open (just like us this winter).
