Customers must have a valid passport or driving licence as a measure of photographic ID. Only recipients with the same surname can accept the delivery on behalf of someone else. Tracking terms & conditions: customers will receive a standard Selfridges email and carrier text message the night before delivery. Between 7-9am customers will receive a second text message with an hour time slot for delivery. Customers with the Selfridges app will then receive a 15 minute notification and count down. Please note: this is a signed for service and as such, identification is required upon delivery
