Created in homage to its founder, the late Don Alfonso Chadwick Errázuriz, the aptly named Viñedo Chadwick celebrates the family that started it and still run it today. Spread out over 15 hectares in Alto Maipo, the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are grown on gravelly soils and are handpicked at the beginning of April. After maceration for between 23 to 40 days, the wine was stored in was racked to French oak barrels for almost two years to achieve the full-bodied flavour.
