Instructions for use
The brand recommends starting with four sprays in the evening. Spray under the tongue and leave for 1-2 minutes for absorption. Adjust as desired based on personal preference. Do not exceed 70mg CBD per day. One spray is 0.125ml = 5mg for 1200mg bottles, and 0.125ml = 2.1mg for 500mg CBD. The recommended daily serving is 0.5ml = 20mg for 1200mg bottles, and 8.4mg for 500mg bottles of CBD. Each bottle contains around 240 sprays.
