  • Accessibility Services

    At Selfridges, we are committed to providing an exciting shopping experience to all of our customers. All of our stores have lifts to enable easy access to each floor and we also offer free wheelchair hire within all our stores; simply book in advance by calling 0800 123 400 (overseas callers +44 (0)207 160 6222).

      • Entrance to Selfridges

        There are many step-free entrances to Selfridges Oxford Street, London, via Duke Street, Oxford Street, Edward Mews and Orchard Street.

      • Entry for wheelchair, prams and buggies

        Orchard Street's entrance leading into The Foodhall is fitted with disabled access doors. From here there is an accessible lift to the rest of the ground floor.

        Edward Mews's entrance is fitted with automatic doors and has step-free access to the ground floor and three lifts leading to all Car Park levels (closed temporarily).

        From the ground floor there are lifts and escalators to all floors.

      • Guide and hearing dogs

        We welcome guide dogs and hearing dogs in our stores.

      • Accessible car park

        Two accessible bays can be found on Level 1 of our Oxford Street Car Park, located on Edward Mews.

        Level 3 of the Car Park offers step-free access to the shop floor on 2.

        Alternatively, lifts are available to Stationery on G.

        Accessible fitting rooms are available on all floors.

        There are three lifts providing access to all levels of the store. There are also three lifts providing access between all car park levels.

  • Alterations

  • Baby Changing

    We don't have an age limit and cater for the youngest of customers. Our baby changing facilities are easily located in all our stores for your convenience.

    You will find our restaurants fully equipped with baby-chairs as well as child friendly menus in several of our restaurants.

    You can buy or sell currency as well as change traveller's cheques in Selfridges Oxford Street at our bureau de change, located in the Customer Services Lounge on 4, London.

      There is a free car park as part of the development (Sat Nav: M17 8DA).

    • Manchester Exchange Square

      The car park is shared with M&S. Access is via Deansgate and takes you under the store (Sat Nav: M1 1AD).

  • Carry to Car

    If you have parked in our car park and need help carrying your shopping to your car, our free Carry to Car service is available over the festive season. The Carry to Car team can also take you to any of our exits and help you hail a taxi. To use this service, just ask a member of our shop floor team.

  • Cash Machines

    Cash machines are available at all four of our stores. All machines accept major cards and there is no charge for using them.

  • Cinema

    The Cinema at Selfridges is our permanent cinema destination at Selfridges Oxford Street, London. Co-directed by Selfridges and Olympic Studios, we’re showing the biggest blockbusters along with classic cinema and independent films across our three screens, complete with state-of-art DOLBY ATMOS surround sound and laser projection technology. Enjoy comfy reclining seats, each with individual tables. Our underground bar makes waiting for your film to start a total joy, all served up with a delicious food and drink menu.

  • Click & Collect

    Our complimentary Click & Collect service is available in each of our stores. Order online by 10pm and collect your purchase in store the next day from 12pm – find out more here.

  • Coat and Bag Drop Off

    In our London store you can leave your coat and bags in our Customer Services Lounge on 4. This costs just £3 per customer but is free of charge if you are leaving Selfridges shopping bags.

    Terms and conditions apply; please see Customer Services for more details. Please note that bags will be searched before they can be deposited and that all belongings must be collected by the end of the day. As of 1 July 2009, we no longer accept luggage (rucksacks, holdalls and suitcases).

  • Concierge by Quintessentially

    We accept GBP, USD, EUR, JPY, CAD, and CHF cash currency in all our stores. We also accept Alipay and WeChat pay on all our tills and China Union Pay Card is accepted on most key tills. Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) payment methods are also an option, so you can pay using your home currency – just ask for DCC at the till. 

    We accept AUD, CAD, CNY, EUR, HKD, JPY, USD, HKD, SGD, KRW, TWD and GBP online. 

  • Delivery

    As well as offering online shopping, we can also deliver any purchases you make in store. So, whether you've just bought the latest 75” TV that can't be lifted or you don't want to be weighed down with all your fabulous purchases as you head out for dinner, we offer a range of delivery options to suit you.

    Don't let the baggage allowance cramp your style. We are happy to arrange international delivery of your shopping from our London store – no item is too large or too small.

    Export can be arranged at the point of sale, where you will also be given a reference receipt.

    Our couriers will take special care with fragile items and we can even track your parcel as it makes its way over to you.

  • Safe Deposit boxes

    The safe deposit area has been in existence since the opening of our London store 1909, providing storage facilities in a variety of sizes of safe deposit boxes. Each safe deposit box is operated by two keys and can only be accessed when accompanied by a custodian. So whether it's precious jewellery or a family heirloom, you can visit your valuables as often as you like and fees for a box range from £249 to £900 per year. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 11am to 6pm. We are closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.

  • Tax Free Shopping

    If you live outside the EU, then you can claim back VAT paid on most of your in-store purchases at Selfridges.

    After you have indulged in a day of shopping at Selfridges, simply bring your receipts to us and a form of government-issued ID with you (ie. passport, driver's license etc), and we will be happy to fill in a tax free refund form for you. 

    Tax refunds can be claimed at the following locations:

    • London Oxford Street
      Tax Refund Lounge (On 4)
    • Birmingham
      Click & Collect (On 1)
    • Manchester Trafford 
      Click & Collect (On Upper Level)
    • Manchester Exchange Square
      Tax Refund Lounge (On 3)

    There are, of course, some conditions. You must be a non-EU resident, the total spend at Selfridges must be over £50, and you have up until the end of the current month plus an additional three months in which to leave the EU. For example, if you made a purchase on 4th November, you have until the end of February to leave the EU.

    On exit from the EU, please take your VAT 407 form to UK customs at the airport for validation (you will be expected to have your purchases ready to show them).

    The following refund methods can be processed in all of our stores:

    • Cash to be claimed at the airport
      We will complete a form for you in store and provide you with instructions on how to use this to claim your VAT back in cash at your departure point.
    • In-store card refunds
      In-store card refunds are now available at all Selfridges stores, for spends up to £100,000.
    • Alipay refunds
      Note that this is currently only available as an instant refund in our Oxford Street store.    

    The following refund methods can also be processed at our Birmingham, Manchester Exchange Square and Manchester Trafford stores:

    • Instant cash back
      To claim instant cash back, you must:
      -  Spend between £100 and £5,000
      -  Be leaving the country within 21 days
      -  Have a form of government-issued ID with you
      -  Have a credit card to be used as a guarantor. Your credit card must have at least three months left until its expiry date
      Note, if you fail to leave the country within the set time the cash back amount will be taken from your account in line with the terms and conditions of the tax refund.
    • Etihad Guest Miles
      You can claim your refund amount back in Etihad Guest Miles if you are part of the Etihad loyalty scheme.
    • Ctrip points
      You can claim your refund amount back in Ctrip points if you have a Ctrip Premier Pass (this can be accessed via the Ctrip or Premier apps).
