Only grapes harvested from 750m above sea level were used to create this La Seca white wine. They’re located on the Majuelo del Chivitero estate, where they’re fermented in French oak barrels for 44 days after harvest. Purely verdejo, this straw-coloured vintage has plenty of oaky flavours (of course), but is also packed with a medley of tropical fruit on the nose; just the kind of wine to enjoy with light seafood and poultry dishes.
