There are plenty of noteworthy wines that come from the Spanish region of Galicia, but those made by Bodegas Alberto Nanclares are among the most saline-tinged. Take Dandelion – a purely albarino expression, it’s a ripe and fruity wine with plenty of stone and orchard fruit aromas, along with plenty of minerality within (thanks to the limestone soil). If you’re planning a dinner party (or simply want to treat yourself), pair it with fresh shellfish.
