This bodega was founded in the mid nineteenth century by Emilio Hidalgo , and is now run by the 5th generation of his descendants. Located in the old part of Jerez, the classically structured building provides the perfect environment for the long maturation. Although this El Tressilo sherry is actually dry, it has a sweet first flush with hint of sultana and autumnal tones, finishing with the distinctive Amontillado hazelnuts.Amontillado El Tressilo Fino sherry
