Noted as the ‘Father of Arneis’, Alfredo Currado is credited with reviving and cultivating the Italian grape variety that creates this Vietti vintage. Garnered from the Roero estate’s 25 year-old vineyards, it fills the nose with fresh floral, citrus and melon aromas, tipped with hints of moreish almond. The dry, medium-bodied white wine is a perfectly crisp aperitif to pair with hors d’oeuvres, salads and seafood, preferably enjoyed al fresco.
