You might recognise St Kevin – he’s the bearded guy with his arms outstretched on this gin bottle. The Irish folklore surrounding him inspires Glendalough. One person – a brand expert – sustainably forages wild plants from the mountains around the distillery; just like the Saint did (so legend says) in the mountains around the distillery. You can almost taste the landscape in the wild blackberry and mountain heather that swirls within the spirit – and the story too.
