Beloved German brand adidas has an archive like no other - and a relationship with its fans to match. Take these suede Broomfield trainers: a contemporary reimagining of the original 1980s AS700s, they have the same gum sole, T-panelled toe and (obviously) 3 stripes. But why the new name? A fan of both adidas and Airdrie F.C., Mark Allison raised over £70,000 to fight cancer before sadly passing away from the disease, and the brand decided to pay tribute to him here, with the name of Airdrie's home ground, Broomfield Park.
